Shipping Policy

Orders received before 3:00PM EST are processed the same business day, and after 3:00PM EST they are processed the following business day.

Your e-mail address is necessary to keep you updated along the way with status updates, such as quotes, order invoice, shipping confirmation, etc. You are sent an order invoice by the end of the business that you place your order. Please review this immediately and notify us as soon as possible by phone if something is incorrect. Your order invoice has all general and return policies noted at the bottom. HighFashionFloors.com is not liable for any cost and/or damage that may result from non-receipt of e-mail notifications by the customer and/or contact, which may consequently require re-delivery and/or other charges. Please check your spam inbox in case of non-receipt and contact us immediately if you have not received an order invoice within 48 hours.

Products are subject to availability, and most available stock items can be shipped out within 24 hours. Once your order is in stock and ready to ship, a freight carrier picks up the order and you will then be sent a shipping confirmation e-mail including a tracking number to track your shipment. The total shipping time to receive your flooring is typically within 8 business days once shipped. You will be notified in case of any delay.

You must advise us beforehand if you are delivering to a residence or a business. Failure to identify the delivery address appropriately may require additional charges including a redelivery fee. All fees are your, the customers responsibility at the time of delivery. If not paid at the time of delivery, you will be billed within 30 days. Shipping discounts are available for business deliveries; this means that a forklift or loading dock is available. Residential deliveries first stop at the nearest trucking terminal before being transferred to a residential delivery truck as well as setting up an appointment for delivery.

The average time to receive shipment varies, but generally you should receive your product(s) within 10 - 14 business days. Additional shipping discounts are available if shipping to a business (dock or fork-lift available) or picking up at a terminal.

Damaged or defected products:

Refusing a delivery incurs additional charges and decreases the chance of resolving the matter as soon as possible. Deliveries that are refused are subject to shipping costs as well as a 30% restocking fee. Damages sustained from refused deliveries are nonrefundable. High Fashion Floors is not responsible for costs associated with refused deliveries.

You, the customer must be present at the time of delivery to insure the proper items have been delivered as ordered and free from damage. In the unlikely event that your item has defects, damage or shortage when you first receive your shipment, it is your responsibility to note all damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery. Please carefully inspect your package and note any visible damage. It is also a good idea to have a copy of your invoice during delivery to compare with the items actually received. Damage and shortage of products not noted on the BOL may lead to a claim denial, at which point you will not be eligible for a replacement or reimbursement. Please keep all paperwork received by the carrier. Also, take and save pictures of the damage in case they are needed later.

Keep all damaged materials and do not discard. By law, damaged material becomes property of the carrier and they have a specified time frame (usually 30 to 120 days) to satisfy or deny a damage or loss claim. However do not be disturbed by this, High Fashion Floors will work on your behalf and proactively review your claim and reimburse or replace your damaged material.

High Fashion Floors will be happy to assist you in filing a claim against a carrier. Please call us at 1-888-858-5708 with the following information as soon as possible within 15 days to process your claim quickly:

  • Name and order number
  • Damage or lost, how many and how
  • Specify whether replacement or reimbursement is requested
  • Clear pictures showing damage samples maybe requested if pictures are unclear
