High Fashion Floors services 98% of the continental United States, delivering both commercially and residentially. For residential delivery service an additional charge is applicable due to the increased service time and cost by our carriers to service an address that is not set-up to unload large rolls of carpet and/or pallets of hardwood and laminate. If residential delivery is requested, the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery time suitable to your schedule. It is important to keep in mind that due to the service schedule for your area a carrier may only service certain areas once or twice a week. All deliveries are curbside deliveries; drivers are unable to enter your home. Be prepared to help offload the product from the truck. The average individual carton usually weighs about 35 lbs., but some can weigh up to 55 lbs., carpet’s average weight is 5 lbs. per square yard. You need to consider accessibility to your street or driveway when choosing the residential delivery option, as orders are typically shipped via full-size semi trucks. In the event that the delivery truck cannot get to your home, your order will need to be transferred to a smaller truck, if one is available (additional carrier fees may apply). If a smaller truck is not available, you will be asked to pick up the items at the trucking terminal. Residential delivery fees that have been paid cannot be refunded if this occurs. An alternative to residential or commercial delivery is arranging to pick-up your purchase at one of our thousands of Service Centers across the USA. If you live in a fairly populated town or are close to a metro area, you can be sure we have a Service Center easily accessible for your convenience. Keep in mind that it is common practice for installers and contractors to pick up products for their customers. If you’ve hired a professional to complete the installation of your new floor, ask them about a place to deliver or arrange for them to pick up the product at our Service Center.

Delivery time is normally 7 to 10 days. This does not include special order and back ordered products. Upon the ordering of a product, if it is on back order you will be notified of the delay and arrangements will be made to accommodate your purchase. Back order items typically are available to ship in 14 days. Special order items, however, each have unique production times. There are some instances where a product may take additional time, but you can be sure High Fashion Floors is using all of its resources to get the product to you, our valued customer, in the most time efficient manner possible.

Once the product is shipped out each shipment is assigned a tracking number. Each shipment can be traced by calling or visiting the carrier’s website. If there are any questions please feel free to call or e-mail High Fashion Floors and we will be happy to assist you in your request.

It is imperative to inspect the products as they are unloaded from the truck. Have an invoice on hand to check off the items as you unload. Molding and trim pieces arrive in long tubes, be sure to open the tube to account for all items ordered. If there is no visible damage, and all items are accounted for, sign the bill of lading. In the event of a damaged or missing product, note on the bill of lading the damage and/or shortage. Immediately contact High Fashion Floors and we will replace or refund the damaged items as noted.

All return request must be made with in the first 15 days of receiving the purchase. A 25% restocking fee, plus actual shipping charges, will apply to all cancelled or returned orders. In the event a cancellation is necessary contact High Fashion Floors as soon as possible to minimize the cost of such an unfortunate event.

Products sold "as is" do not carry a warranty from the manufacturer or from www.HighFashionFloors.com a div of Reason Floors, INC. In most cases products are in excellent condition but in some instances the customer maybe required to order additional square footage to complete the installation process.

No cancellations can be accommodated once the merchandise has left our warehouses.

Refusing a shipment without the approval of High Fashion Floors is regarded as a return and a restocking fee will apply as well any shipping and handling charges.

Once the installation process begins should you notice any blemishes and or defects DO NOT INSTALL. Please check before beginning the installation process the color and for any visible defects. All of the products sold by High Fashion Floors is first quality and is fully warranted by the manufacturer unless otherwise noted.

Minimum to qualify for carpet shipping special is 70 yards. Minimum to qualify for hardwood, laminate, bamboo, cork, ceramic and vinyl is $1,200.00.
