Return Policy

Note that all returns must be processed by phone and first be authorized within 15 days of delivery receipt. There can be no returns or cancellations after 15 days from receipt of product. Please do not refuse your order even if damaged or the wrong product, as that incurs additional shipping charges and further delays the reimbursement and replacement process. Note everything on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and call us immediately at (866) 858-5708.

Returns: Cartons less than four cannot be returned. They must be unopened, resalable, and returned within 15 days provided approval authorization; some restrictions apply. Accessories (trim pieces, glue, underlayment, etc.) cannot be returned.

Cancellations: Please contact us immediately if you decide to cancel your order. Orders less than four cartons cannot be canceled. Note that you are responsible for all shipping costs and restocking fees, if applicable. A five (5%) charge is applicable when returning credit to your credit card. Restocking fee is 30%.

Uninstalled Products: Please do NOT open more than two cartons after noticing damage or defect. Reimbursements or replacements will not be issued to you for more than two cartons opened. Take and save pictures of damage for claim use.

Installed Products: Your installation of damaged or defected flooring proves your acceptance of it, and therefore will not be reimbursed or replaced.
