Frequently Asked Questions

1. Damage/Defected: In the event a product is received damaged externally, it is vital for the Bill of Lading offered by the delivering carrier to be signed with the appropriate notation of damages. If the product(s) is damaged beyond use it may be necessary to refuse shipment. If there is a question concerning damages, contact High Fashion Floors and our customer service team will address the issue and resolve all concerns. In the event of a refused shipment due to damages caused by the carrier; a new order will be placed and the damaged items will ship immediately.
Defective carpet is not acceptable, and we at High Fashion Floors are here to make sure the flooring you dreamt about is as close to perfection as possible. All products sold by High Fashion Floors are first quality (unless otherwise noted per the invoice,) and therefore are warranted by the manufacturer of the product.

2. Delivery Time:
Delivery time is normally 7 to 10 days. This does not include special order items and back ordered products. Upon the ordering of a product, if the item is on back order, you will be notified of the delay, and arrangements will be made to accommodate your request. Special order items each have unique production times, but back order items are typically available to ship in 14 days. There are some instances when a product may take additional time, but you can be sure High Fashion Floors is using all of it’s resources to get the product to our valued client in a timely manor.

3. Tracking Shipments:
Tracking the progress of your shipment is simple. Once the product is shipped out, each shipment is assigned a tracking number. Each shipment can be traced by calling or visiting the carrier’s website. As always, if there is a question please feel free to call or e-mail High Fashion Floors and we will assist you in your request.

4. What if I need to change or correct a shipping address?
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately at 866-858-5708 or at customercare@highfashionfloors.com.

5. Do you collect sales tax?
No, except for shipments to addresses in the state of Georgia, as required by law.

6. Do you accept checks?
Yes

7. What is your company's privacy policy?
Our privacy policy is simple: We will never sell or give your personal information to any other company.
