Delivery time is normally 7 to 10 days. This does not include special order items and back ordered products. Upon the ordering of a product, if the item is on back order, you will be notified of the delay, and arrangements will be made to accommodate your request. Special order items each have unique production times, but back order items are typically available to ship in 14 days. There are some instances when a product may take additional time, but you can be sure The Carpet Co. is using all of it’s resources to get the product to our valued client in a timely manor.
